How To Create An Account

Existing Portal User

    Log into your portal account via customer.eliteextra.com

    Click “Manage Account” icon * in the top right corner

    Under “Connections” look for If you do not have a code and follow steps from #2 below

New Portal User

    Go to customer.eliteextra.com, select Create Account.
  • 2
    SKIP “Enter Code” and Type TONKIN PARTS in the “Enter Seller” field & click
    Find seller

    Enter your company name, address, seller account # and a recent invoice # – Click Search

    Click Confirm on your account information, and you will be in your portal account!

    Bookmark customer.eliteextra.com to access the portal in the future.
